What are “Russian” services?
“Russian” is a common term for nail services that focus on hyper detailed cuticle work and advanced hygienic care. A precision technique that uses an efile and fine bits with powder to meticulously clean the cuticle area, gently exfoliate dead tissue and smooth the nail plate for an ultra-polished finish. These service types are water-less. Keeping the tissue dry enables your technician to better see and treat problem areas effectively and is also significantly more hygienic. Your typical pedicure lasts 3 weeks while Russian services will last 6+ weeks. Nails will need to be re-colored on a schedule based on your nail growth.
